Imagine... touching a hand, and finding it God's hand. Breathing new air and finding it celestial.Awaking in glory and finding it...home.

I'm posting for I have nothing better to do, and to see if I get comments. LoL

I do apologize for not keeping up with this.

School: Ehh...good days and bad. I'm having a major life crisis in regards to my major, so we'll just see.. >.<

Work: I LOVE some of the people I work with. Selling shoes can be boring. I like pay checks. Yup, that 'bout sums it up!

Life: is confusing. I NEED to know what I'm doing this summer, just to (hopefully) have something to look forward to.

Some days are fantastic others are awful. (it's usually dependent on merely two things- the weather, and the temperament of a certain good friend of mine) It shouldn't be this way. I need to be continually joyful. My relationship with Christ could use work.

I want to know what the next step is so very badly, but I doubt I'm prepared to handle it, even if it were revealed. So I wait patiently as I can, and grow.

So This Is Christmas

Hey there. Hope you had a fantastic Christmas! Mine was good. I got much music, you know, some Jack Johnson, some swing, a few sounds tracks...good stuff. The rest of the giving and getting was fun as well.

Went to see The Nativity with my family...absolutely loved it. Brought tears to my eyes. I think it was so very well done.

Then Mama was tired, so I cooked dinner, which was fun, because it gave me a chance to go through my one (fabulous) cookbook and just make anything that I have always wanted to. So we had breakfast for dinner- backed apples, bacon, and an Old World pancake. It was pretty yummy, actually.

So this whole day I've been running by the PC occassionally, dropping comments or notes of merriment and cheer, and I just wanted you all to know that if you didn't get one, it's not because I don't love you or didn't think of you, your name just didn't magically show up on my "stalker feed" or something.

So Merry Merry Christmas to Everyone. I do so love all the friends God has blessed me with. Remember the reason we're celebrating--Christ was born, God incarnate, on earth 2000+ years ago.

Born to live a perfect life, and die an excruciating death, as the payment for our every sin, so we could one day be forever in paradise with Him, because He was the only one who could. The only Perfect One.

So take time to be in awe. To thank Him. To worship Him.

Merry Christmas.

FINALS!!!

I'm almost done with 'em. I finished History, Biology, and Computer already. (I only know that I've got an A in History...Yay) But I don't know the rest yet.

Tomorrow- Spanish "Speech"

Thursday- FCS Final paper due + Final test

Then I'm done! Yes. Yesterday I went and saw Queen Jessie, which made my day. And I made rocky road fudge and brought it to the BCM today. The guys make me smile with their enthusiasm over food. It's why I do it, actually. If I'm ever a really old widow with no one to cook for I will surely starve unless I open a boarding house for young guys that I can cook for.

Also, did I mention I absolutley love my family and friends? Well I do. Some of my favorite people joined Facebook this month. I mean, some really really amazing people. *happy sigh*

Gotta go, I'm bored with the computer. But not you! Leava message! hehe

THANKSGIVING!

THANKSGIVING!

It's just around the corner and I'm pretty excited. I love all the colors, and the food, and mostly being reminded to thank my God for all the incredible people and things He's blessed me with. I thought I'd name a few of the best:

First of all, God's Grace and Forgiveness, His Mercy and Justice, His Passion and Purity, His Love and Protection. He is everything to me, He gave everything for me, and I am so blessed to be a part of Him!

My Family. I adore my parents and all 5 siblings. They mean the world to me. I may be a dork, but I love living at home, and I'm very blessed to have that option with school so close.

My Other Family. The Callahans. I know I can count on them for anything, they are always there for me. They're like having a second family, and even when we are busy and don't see each other too much, somehow we're always still connected, still there if we're needed. I love that.

My Extended Family. All the Grandmas, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins who make my life crazy and wonderful. I don't get enough of them. Especially Uncle Bob and Aunt Patty who are like second parents to me. I miss them Terribly now, but I'm blessed to know they always care.

My Big Bro. He's looked out for me ever since my traumatic introduction to the wonderful world of "relationships" last Christmas. I don't have a biological big brother, but I don't need one. He more than makes up for that. He has incredible insight and communication skills, he can look objectively and intuitively at situations, and I've never heard a single derogatory word out of his mouth about anyone. THAT is impressive. But what I love most is that while I have NO clue why he cares so very much, and he never has really verbalized it, I know he truly does.

Summit Ministries. It has grown me up in more ways than even I know, it has brought the kid out, it has been my reason for coming in contact with some of the most amazing people I've ever met, it's challenged me, and strengthened my walk, it's made me a little more confident, a little more of a leader. It's the ministry I love the most and am most committed to. It introduced me to Colorado, a place I had been in love with for years through books and movies, in so many ways. It was there I learned how to seek after God with abandon, even though I don't do it like I should. And most of all I am thankful for the people I met there, the Leaders and Faculty, every Staff member, every Volunteer, every one of My Girls, and the many Students who changed my life forever.

All the Friends. God has blessed me with people to love on, who encourage me, from the BCM, from Westwood, from Kingwood, from my Classes, from Briarwood, from Hope and many other places. They mean so very much to me.

I'm also so thankful for~
